To explain everything would take multiple paragraphs, but let me just say I was a hundred miles from home and a hundred miles from my destination with no jack and no spare. Les Schwab is not the Les Schwab they used to be. You use to be able to go in and get a tire rotation, buy a set of tires, at a reasonable time. Now they are on a minimum of a 90 minute to a two hour wait. Not the same service that I’ve had for the last 30 years. Either new business model or thinned out the staff. I will be looking for a new tire shop in the future.

I took my truck in for a steering rack replacement, alignment, tire rotation, and tpms service. They guys there from managment to service techs had great communication about the service throughout the day. There was a parts manufacturer issue that ended up causing a hold up, but they were able to get it sorted quickly. The truck drives great again.

Brenda Schoepp had it really close when she said, "Once in your life you may need a doctor, a lawyer, a policeman, and a preacher but every day, three times a day, you need a farmer"... well, after this month, I think she should have added "a good tire guy!" Very thankful for Les Schwab keeping me rolling, between trailers and tractor tires, they fixed roadside leaf spring failures and multiple tractor tires, all the keep the horses on the road and the cows fed. I had a very frustrating experience with this tire shop and feel others should be aware. After getting a flat tire, we contacted the store and confirmed they had the tires we wanted. We dropped off the two front wheels with old tires to be replaced. Later today received a call that the tires were ready. We drove 30 minutes back to pick them up, paid, and an employee loaded the tires into our vehicle. When we arrived back home and unloaded them, we discovered they were the exact same tires we had dropped off — no work had been done!! When we called the store to report the mistake, there was no apology, no acknowledgment of the inconvenience, and no effort to make the situation right. We were simply told to bring them back if we wanted it fixed. We were also informed that our tires may have been installed on someone else's vehicle, which is a significant error and raises concerns about quality control and customer care. Mistakes can happen, but professionalism and accountability matter. The lack of concern and basic customer service in this situation was disappointing.
